We are members of the Baden-Powell Scouts' Association and the Group was founded over 20 years ago.  We have two Beaver Colonies, two Cub Packs, a Scout Troop and a Senior Scout section.

 

We are based in the small market town of Wigton, on the edge of the Lake District in Cumbria, giving us a wealth of outdoor opportunities.

 

Our aim is to offer traditional Scouting for children from the age of 5.  We offer a varied programme of activities, including outings, camps and overseas trips.  In recent years we have camped in Denmark, Germany, Belgium, Sweden, Switzerland, Italy and Canada.
