Scout Land

In 2015 1st Wigton Scouts acquired land on the outskirts of Wigton.

Since then it has become a valuable part of our scouting activities.

Many activities take place including fire lighting, camp cooking, conservation, den building and pioneering.

 

                      

 

Towards the end of 2018, 1st Wigton Scouts was thrilled to also purchase a section of woodlands opposite Scout Land, thanks to the generosity of the Joyce Wilkinson Trust and Cumbria Community Foundation.
